Installing Software on o2s.csail
o2s.csail is managed by MichaelVezza as a CAG Machine, so for major pieces of software it is probably best to talk to him. The CAG infrastruture uses both the /usr and /usr/local, so any software that we want to install on o2s.csail must go in /opt/local. /opt is a symlink to /raid, a physical RAID in the machine that is also backed up by CAG.
